Pathfinders Lab – Full Terms & Conditions

Program Description

The Pathfinders Lab is a cohort-based professional development program designed to support experienced project professionals through guided reflection, facilitated peer learning, and practical experimentation. The program is not a certification, job placement service, or guarantee of specific career outcomes.

Eligibility & Application Approval

Participation requires an approved application. Acceptance is based on program fit and cohort integrity. Enrollment applies only to the cohort and dates specified at the time of registration and may not be transferred without prior written consent.

Participation Expectations

The Pathfinders Lab works best when participants are able to stay engaged. While attendance at every session is not required, we encourage regular participation in peer or individual sessions to support both personal progress and the shared learning experience.

If someone becomes disengaged for an extended period of time (for example, several weeks without participation or communication), we may reach out to check in. In rare cases, we may pause their membership until they are ready to re-engage. This is intended to support the individual and maintain a meaningful cohort experience.

Community Conduct & Confidentiality

Participants agree to treat all discussions, shared experiences, and materials within the Lab as confidential. Sharing another participant’s information outside the cohort without explicit permission is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with community standards.

Payment Terms

All program fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Any payment plans offered must be completed in full.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the cohort-based nature of the Pathfinders Lab, refund requests submitted on or before 11:59 PM (local time) on February 3, 2026 are eligible for a 90% refund of the price paid. The remaining 10% is non-refundable and covers administrative costs.

No refunds will be issued after this deadline.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

While many participants report meaningful professional insights and progress, individual results vary. The Pathfinders Lab does not guarantee specific outcomes related to employment, promotions, compensation, or career transitions.

Intellectual Property

All program materials, including workbooks, recordings, and facilitation content, are the intellectual property of Crevay and are provided for personal use only. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

Recordings

Sessions may be recorded for internal program use or for participants who are unable to attend live. Recordings will not be shared publicly without consent.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the program schedule, facilitators, or delivery format as necessary while maintaining the overall intent and value of the Lab.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Pathfinders Lab is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crevay shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the program.
