A structured cohort, not a loose collection of webinars.

Each Pathfinders Lab cohort includes:

  • Live small group sessions focused on value articulation, strategic positioning, and influence.
  • Guided exercises and frameworks you can use to map your story, your options, and your next moves.
  • Peer mastermind circles for feedback, encouragement, and real-world problem solving.
  • Practical tools to keep using after the Lab so your growth continues, not just the sessions.

Everything is designed to fit alongside a full-time role, with focused, high-leverage work between sessions.

What you get in Pathfinders Lab

Pathfinders Lab is a nine-sprint cohort experience built to help you stop guessing and start making moves with clarity and leverage. You will not be left to figure it out alone. You will have structure, support, and clear deliverables you can use right away.

Inside the Lab, you get:

  • Nine, 30-minute sessions of personal coaching
  • Ten group coaching sessions
  • Eight special events
  • Professionally recorded video short that you can post to LinkedIn
  • Six months of Explorer-level access to the Pathfinders Lab ($150)

The work is organized around four areas that drive career-change at this level:

  • Your vision, so you choose what you want next with intention
  • Your reality, so you name what is true and work with it
  • Negotiation skills, so you can ask for what you want and hold your ground
  • Visibility, so your leadership is not hidden behind your title
